We welcome customer-provided graphics for custom printed products. However, we reserve the right to reject any order if the submitted artwork does not meet our quality or content standards. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Low-resolution images that may result in poor print quality
  
  

• Copyrighted material that the customer does not have permission to use
  
  

• Offensive, obscene, defamatory, or hateful content
  
  

• Content promoting violence, illegal activity, or discrimination
  
  

If an issue is found with your submitted design, we will contact you to request a revised image or offer a cancellation with a full refund.

By submitting graphics, you affirm that you have the rights to use the content and understand our right to refuse service based on the above criteria.
